I'm a generalist marketing freelancer and contractor with broad experience across some of New Zealand’s most recognisable brands, including Sylvia Park, LynnMall, Animates, PharmaCare (Radiance, Nature's Way, Karen Murrell), and Les Mills New Zealand.
I’ve worked inside marketing teams across retail, health, fitness, and consumer goods, which means I understand what it takes to plan, execute, and adapt to meet business requirements.
Through my business, FRANK, I support small business owners by simplifying their marketing, reducing their stress, and helping them achieve more with less.

story time
FRANK Marketing was never part of a big, strategic plan. It started during maternity leave in 2020, when I was home with my second son and was offered a one-off opportunity to take on some freelance marketing work.
That one project turned into another and slowly but surely, FRANK was born. Since then, it’s grown into a business I’m proud of: a place where small business owners can get clear, confident marketing support without the overwhelm.
My strong work ethic and values are deeply rooted in my Pasifika identity, passed down from my Kūki ‘Airani ‘akatupuna (Cook Islands grandparents). They taught me the importance of unity, honesty, hard work, and lifting others up. These personal values have really shaped who I am and how I work with my clients.
FRANK is more than just marketing. It’s about creating space for small business owners to breathe easier, feel more supported, and know they don’t have to do it all alone.
